It's an open source front-end framework for AS3 to help you build pure flash websites with full SEO support. It is based on the Global Navigation for Flash and the SWFAddress SEO Solution. You define the whole structure of the website (navigation, title, description, keywords, assets etc.) in an XML file which is parsed by your SWF files for your flash site and PHP files for the no-javascript SEO version of your site. If you are a flash enthusiast whose main interest is in designing cool flash websites rather than coding PHP, defining CSS and HTML, than this framework is for you. At the same time you have to make sure your website will be properly indexed by google, fully deeplink enabled (also using the browser back/prev buttons)… a lot of work ahead. Surely you know that the way to go is to use SWFAddress for deeplinking and SWFObject for flash player detection. In the Fleb Framework this is all integrated, so you can concentrate on eye candy stuff and create stunning flebsites in less time. For a long time, my balance when creating websites was 80% for technical stuff and 20% for the design. By using the Fleb Framework, I could reverse the balance to 10% technical stuff and 90% creativity. Which is definitly more fun on the long run…

One of the top priorities of the Fleb Framework is to wipe out the arguments against pure flash websites being useless because of poor SEO. Even more: with the Fleb Framework you have full control over SEO and can still have a pure flash website.
By using SWFAddress, you can jump to any section of your website.
Change language “on-the-fly”.
The Framework is based on the Global Navigation v2. You can create any navigation layout you can think of!
All files and code is freely accessible and open source. The Flebsite Demo only shows you a possible way how things can be done, Fleb should never stand in your way. You can concentrate again on the funky flash part of your project!
The whole website structure is defined in one XML file. It's very easy to rearrange the navigation menu, content files, keywords, descriptions etc.
